Under
Italian law (Decree Law 185/99), purchases can be cancelled by:
-specifying in writing to us, by e-mail or registered letter with advice of receipt,
the reason, the type of product, the purchase document reference #, your details and
full bank account details; and
-returning the non-conforming product carriage free, to arrive no later than 10 days
following the date of its purchase.
Returned goods will be reimbursed by INNTECK s.r.l. within 15 days of their receipt,
subject to verification of their condition.
No reimbursements will be made for used articles, or for articles with parts missing.
